Knowledge Tests On Animal Husbandry Practices

In any development programme it is essential to study the knowledge level of an individual as the knowledge is an important component of the behaviour of an individual along with attitude and skill. Further it is utmost necessary to study/measure the knowledge level in social science research like research on extension education. A large number of scales /tests have already been developed in agricultural sciences. But still there is enough scope to develop more scales/tests specifically on animal Husbandry practices. Keeping all this in view, an attempt has been made to enlist few scales on knowledge level of the livestock owners about various livestock farming /practices in printed /book form after developing the same scientifically by the researchers. These developed 15 scales on knowledge level will be helpful for those students, teachers, social scientist etc. who are interested in doing research on knowledge level of livestock owners. Still there is a need of developing more numbers of scales/tests of knowledge level on A.H. practices which may be done in future.
